Overview of Course

This course covers the basic level of Food Safety Skills required for all Food Handlers. It includes preparation, storage, personal hygiene, potential hazards, control measures and required documentation. The courses teaches participants about the importantance of Safe Food and ultimately how to protect the consumers.

This course aims to equip food handlers with the skills required by law if employed in a role that requires them to work with food at any level. It creates the knowledge pathway necessary for keeping food safe.
